A WEDDING WEEKEND ON A WORKING FARM
Join Richy and Claire for as much of the weekend as you can manage.
Come for Friday’s BBQ, open mic and Quiz of Quizzes; stay for the Main Event on Saturday with our vows and party; then recover with us on Sunday.
Camping is available on the farm, with toilets and showers on site. Or Bedford is but a short taxi ride away.

Camping on the Farm
Tents and campervans are welcome—arrive when you like and leave when you’re ready. We’ll have hired toilets and showers, a large walk-in fridge, a few electrical connection points and the lodge for charging. Children are welcome, and dogs are welcome too, but please remember this is an open working farm beside a busy road. Breakfast can be local or a morning BBQ.
The Weekend
Friday 28 May — BBQ, the Quiz of Quizzes and an open mic. Comedy, poems, singing, playing and artistic interpretive movement are welcome along with anything else you can think of. Do you have a talent? Let us know and bring it along :)
Saturday 29 May — The big day: vows, food, drinks and a party into the night. Everything happens at the farm just a short walk from the yard. Expect Dr Who, Arcade games, music, glowing things, sparkling things and dancing. Exact timings to follow.
Sunday 30 May — Hangovers and hangouts, with breakfast locally or a morning farm BBQ depending how many chefs are still standing

What to wear and Farm FAQs
Bring boots and layers; May is not usually muddy but this is a working farm and it may be dusty, wet or boiling hot. The party is in the grain store with a proper floor, so party heels are fine for the evenings. There will be HATS, there will also be jeans. Claires in a frock (obvs). Wear whatever makes you feel fantastic. If that's sequins, we're here for it. if its jeans and wellies (no judgement from us!). Richy tells me that being this broadly defined just isn't helpful, so if you insist on a definition we can call it the dreaded smart casual.
